Q. What happens if I am not a Breakthrough / Destiny Representative when a Potential
Business Partner signs up?
A. This is a basic overview only. Basically, you are only activated as a distributor of Discovery,
Breakthrough or Destiny once you have purchased the particular product.
Once your distributorship of a product is activated, then, and only then, are you able to collect
the profit and generated residual income from the members that join you after this point.
Example: When you signed with me, I was only activated for Discovery. I kept the profit for this product. This means that when you purchase Breakthrough your purchase and activating sale will go up to Janet (as she was activated with this product when I signed with her) and any residual income generated from any of your Breakthrough sales will always pass up to Janet. When you purchase Destiny, again your purchase and activating sale will pass up, this time to George as Janet wasn't activated at Destiny when I signed. Any residual income generated from your
Destiny sales will always pass up to George.
So, anyone you sign up before purchasing Discovery / Breakthrough / Destiny will always be
passed up to the person in your up line who was activated at the time of your sign up.
If you choose not to buy a particular product, once you have passed up 5 sales of the product

Q. What happens when two members speak to same lead?
A. If two or more members have made contact independently with a Potential Business Partner it
is up to the PBP to choose with whom they sign up and we give them that choice, by explaining
we are a team so it is up to them to decide where they feel most comfortable. As a rule of thumb,
the first person to make contact is the one who's PBP it should be and the second person should
be as helpful as possible, but still at the end suggest they speak to the original person for signing
up. Sometimes it is not clear who made contact first and then, as said above, the member will
naturally go with one or the other.

Q. What does being an active LifePath Unlimited Associate mean?
A. In the printed LifePath Unlimited Compensation Plan, it states (this paragraph is on page 7): To
maintain an active status, requires you to be an active LifePath Unlimited Associate and make one personal Discovery sale per month which automatically keeps you active for PRIP. There are two grace months allowed per year from the anniversary date of activation where no personal sales are required. After the two months grace period has been exhausted in a given year, any month without a Discovery sale will result in an inactive status for PRIP in the following month. This requirement is waived for LifePath Unlimited Master Representatives (see section below).

are also not qualified to give any accounting advice. We can however confirm that a lot of people had found that their accountant's interpretation and advise is that they do not have to collect
GST on the sales of the products as it appears that the transaction is ultimately between LifePath Unlimited and the end customer, and that our role as a business builder is to collect the money and keep a part of it for our services to LifePath Unlimited. That is therefore seen as a service to an overseas company which is done at a zero rate of GST. Again, this is not our advice, we recommend you seek your own advice on the interpretation and application for your relationship with LifePath Unlimited.
